Job summary

Felicita Restaurant in Downtown Dubai is seeking an energetic bartender to join our hospitality team. You will craft classic cocktails and signature drinks, interact with guests, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced setting.

You should have at least 1 year of bartending experience, solid knowledge of spirits and mixing techniques, and strong guest service skills. UAE experience is a plus; training will be provided by senior bar staff.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of bartending or bar-support experience.
• Basic knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits and mixing techniques.
• Excellent communication and guest-service skills.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours.
• UAE hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a range of classic and house-signature cocktails under the guidance of senior bar staff.
• Take drink orders and interact with guests to recommend beverages based on their preferences.
• Maintain proper stock rotation, garnish prep, and bar mise en place before and during service.
• Operate the POS system accurately for orders, payments, and end-of-shift reconciliation.
• Follow all responsible alcohol service and hygiene standards at all times.
