ELE Interiors in Dubai seeks an experienced Architect | Interior Designer to lead luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects from concept to completion. This hybrid role blends architectural rigor with interior design sensibility, ensuring seamless integration and high-end outcomes.

You will oversee design strategy, technical drawings, and client interactions, while mentoring junior designers and representing ELE Interiors in meetings and industry events.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture with interior design focus.
• Proven track record in luxury residential, commercial and hospitality projects.
• Strong knowledge of architectural and interior design integration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Projects: Oversee architectural and interior design from concept to implementation, ensuring coherence across spaces.
• Client Interaction: Manage meetings, gather feedback, refine designs to meet client needs.
• Design Strategy: Lead space planning, material selection, and FF&E coordination.
• Collaboration & Coordination: Work with contractors, consultants, and vendors for seamless execution.
• Technical Oversight: Manage drawings, visualizations, and compliance with codes and safety standards.
• Project Management: Develop timelines, monitor progress, and ensure design integrity on-site.
• Team Leadership: Mentor junior designers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Professional Development: Stay current with industry trends and represent the company at events.

This hybridrole requires a passion for both architecture and interior design, overseeingprojects from concept through to completion, with a focus on high-end designintegration and client satisfaction.

We are looking for a leader who is passionate about both architectureand interior design, with the ability to work independently andcollaboratively. The ideal candidate will confidently lead the architecturalside of our services, overseeing projects from start to finish while ensuringseamless integration of design elements. As a brand ambassador, you willrepresent ELE Interiors in client meetings and industry events, engagingstakeholders and ensuring the company’s design philosophy is reflected in everyproject. Your role will involve balancing creativity and technical expertise todeliver exceptional, high-end projects while maintaining client satisfactionand fostering a collaborative team environment.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• LeadProjects: Oversee all architectural and interior designaspects from concept to implementation, ensuring design coherence acrossspaces.
  
• ClientInteraction: Serve as the main point of contact, manage clientmeetings, gather feedback, and refine designs to meet client needs.
  
• DesignStrategy: Lead space planning, material selection, andFF&E, ensuring functional and aesthetic design solutions.
  
• Collaboration& Coordination: Work closely with internal teams, contractors,consultants, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless project execution.
  
• TechnicalOversight: Manage architectural drawings, visualizations, andcompliance with building codes and safety standards.
  
• ProjectManagement: Develop project timelines, provide regular updates,and supervise on-site progress to ensure design integrity.
  
• TeamLeadership: Mentor junior designers and collaborate withcross-functional teams to align design efforts.
  
• ProfessionalDevelopment: Stay up to date with industry trends and representthe company at key events.
  

Technical Requirements:

• Proficiencyin Design Software: Advanced skills in 2D drafting (AutoCAD) and 3Dmodelling (ArchiCAD, SketchUp, or 3ds Max), with the ability to producedetailed architectural and interior design drawings.
  
• EducationalBackground: Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, with a strongpassion for and expertise in interior design.
  
• Experience: Proven trackrecord in designing luxury residential, commercial and hospitalityprojects, demonstrating a keen understanding of high-end design standards.
  
• TechnicalKnowledge: In-depth knowledge of architectural and interiordesign principles, with the ability to integrate both disciplinesseamlessly across diverse projects.
