The role requires UAE-based licensure or eligibility, a Bachelor’s in Architecture, and strong English communication to liaise with stakeholders in hospitality projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture is required.
• UAE-based with local F&B/hospitality experience.
• Licensed or eligible for UAE professional licensing.
• Fluent in English.

Responsibilities

• Create architectural designs and detailed schematic drawings for a Persian-themed restaurant.
• Ensure plans comply with UAE codes, safety guidelines, and authority standards.
• Coordinate specifications with consultants, contractors and internal stakeholders.
• Inspect ongoing construction to ensure compliance with approved designs and milestones.
