Job summary

JobsTrackR in Dubai seeks an Architect to join the design team and lead interior fit-out projects across hotels, restaurants, bars and private residences. You will work hands-on with direct access to senior leadership in a small, fast-moving environment.

The role requires a Architecture degree, experience in hospitality/ high-end residential interiors, and strong detailing with Revit proficiency. AutoCAD and Adobe Suite are advantageous as you collaborate with MEP and joinery partners.

Qualifications

• Must hold a degree in Architecture (Interior Architecture also considered).
• Proven experience in interior fit-out for hospitality or high-end residential.
• Strong detailing skills and eye for high-end finishes.
• Understanding UAE approvals process desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop concept and detailed design packages for hospitality, F&B and residential fit-out projects.
• Produce accurate Revit models, drawings and construction documentation.
• Coordinate with MEP, joinery, lighting and specialist suppliers.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, material specifications and finishes schedules.
• Support site coordination and resolve design queries during construction.
• Work closely with the design and build teams to keep quality, cost and programme on track.
• Contribute to client presentations and design development.

A high-end interior design and build fit-out company in Dubai, known for hospitality, F&B and luxury residential projects. Small, tight-knit team, currently expanding. You'll work on design and delivery from concept through to handover, with real ownership of your projects.

The role

Requirements

• Degree in Architecture (Interior Architecture also considered)
• Proven experience in interior fit-out, ideally in hospitality, F&B or high-end residential
• Revit proficiency, with AutoCAD and Adobe Suite as an advantage
• Strong detailing skills and an eye for high-end finishes and materials
• Understanding of the UAE approvals process and authority requirements is desirable
• Comfortable working in a small, fast-moving team
• Strong communication skills, good with clients and contractors alike
