Job summary

TWG Tea Company is seeking a skilled web development lead to coach a team of developers and ensure timely resolution of critical IT issues across the group. You will guide development of in-house and e-Commerce platforms, document processes, and enforce code standards while collaborating with overseas teams and vendors.

The role requires fluency in English, 3+ years of programming experience, and strong knowledge of .NET/JavaScript stacks, databases, cloud hosting, and CI/CD practices.

Qualifications

• Degree (or Diploma) in Computer Science, Software engineering or similar disciplines.
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• 3+ years programming experience in designing and developing in-house and eCommerce web/mobile applications.
• Experience with C#.Net, ASP.Net (MVC), Web API, JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Next.js, Node.js, HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, JQuery, Bash scripting.
• Cross-platform mobile app experience (Xamarin or React Native) a bonus.
• Experience with MS-SQL, MySQL and Oracle Postgres databases.
• Experience with ecommerce, CMS, ERP, CRM platforms and payment/logistics gateways.
• Experience deploying cloud hosting and architecture.
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, MS DevOps, Jira, Git, Bitbucket and CI/CD tools.
• Good understanding of UX/UI, SEO principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Strong project coordination and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Transpose user needs into technical programming with proper documentation.
• Enforce Source Code and version control across multiple parties.
• Develop test plans and cases, as well as, the technical and functional documentations according to the adopted methodologies.
• Updated with the latest application/ web technologies and security insights.
• Assist in documenting and developing and enforcing development methodologies and protocols.

Requirements

• Prior experienced in developing cross-platform mobile application such as Xamarin or React Native or related will be a bonus
• Experienced in working with MS-SQL, MySQL and Oracle Postgres databases
• Experience in various e-Commerce, CMS, ERP, CRM application platforms, and integration with payment & logistics gateways
• Experience in deploying cloud hosting and architecture
• Experience with development tools such as Visual Studio, MS DevOps, Jira, Git, Bitbucket and CI/CD tools
• Good understanding of UX/UI, SEO principles and cross-browser compatibility issues
• Strong project coordination and people liaison skills with good communication abilities
