Job summary

avua in Dubai is seeking a junior software developer to assist in the design, development, testing, and maintenance of web and mobile applications. You will write clean, efficient, and well-documented code under the guidance of senior developers and participate in code reviews.

Collaborate with QA, UI/UX, and product teams; troubleshoot bugs and performance issues; stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., JavaScript, Python, Java, C#, or similar).
• Familiarity with front-end or back-end frameworks (React, Angular, Node.js, Django, .NET).
• Understanding of basic software development lifecycle and version control (Git).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
