Qualifications

• Substantial hands on experience leading AI or ML engineering within a product or platform team.
• Direct experience with model selection, evaluation, and guardrail design in production systems.
• Genuine interest in responsible AI and setting standards under scrutiny.
• Comfort embedding AI tooling into engineering workflows and guiding peers.

Responsibilities

• Lead model selection and evaluation for AI capability across delivery teams.
• Design guardrails and human in the loop workflows to keep AI outputs safe and trusted.
