Job summary

Analog builds Hive, a digital twin platform that connects physical environments to AI and sensors, enabling defence and government customers to monitor, simulate, train, and command across real world estates and synthetic environments.

As Principal Solutions Architect, you’ll set technology direction, craft scalable designs, and establish architectural standards across delivery teams, while mentoring engineers and representing architecture to clients and partners.

Qualifications

• Experience as a principal/lead architect on a large multi-team platform.
• Deep fluency in cloud infrastructure, integration patterns, and platform security.
• Experience designing for data sovereignty and regulated environments (defence/government).
• Proven ability to credibly represent architecture to clients, partners and vendors.
• Strong judgment balancing scalability, security, and delivery speed.
• Excellent communication across deep technical detail and executive summaries.

Responsibilities

• Set technology selection, solution design, and architectural standards across all delivery teams building on Hive.
• Own the platform's technical roadmap, and ensure it can scale with new customers, integrations, and use cases.
• Review designs for security, data sovereignty, scalability, and integration requirements before production.
• Maintain architectural documentation and decision records that keep teams aligned as the platform grows.
• Mentor senior engineers on architectural best practice, and raise the technical bar across teams.
