Responsibilities

• Care for flower beds, baskets, and boxes through watering, weeding, trimming.
• Replace and transplant trees and shrubs as needed.
• Edge and trim lawns and maintain overall lawn health.
• Install, maintain, and operate irrigation systems.
• Remove trash from exterior bins and keep the grounds clean.
• Operate equipment to transport tools and materials as required.
• Follow safety policies and report unsafe conditions to management.
