Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication with inter-department coordination.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate laundry attendants to ensure efficient operation.
• Oversee sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and folding processes.
• Monitor equipment functionality and coordinate maintenance when needed.
• Ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards are met across workflows.
• Manage inventory of detergents and laundry supplies; control waste.
• Coordinate guest laundry, dry cleaning, and special requests.
