Job summary

Rixos Bab Al Bahr, part of Ennismore/Accor hospitality group, is hiring for an entry-level housekeeping role in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Responsibilities include protecting assets, maintaining uniforms and hygiene, assisting in daily hotel operations, and supporting teammates to ensure service standards are met.

Role requires at least 1 year in the field, basic education, and adaptability. The position is full-time and on-site with duties across laundry, cleaning, and environmental compliance.

Qualifications

• Education: At least a primary school or vocational diploma.
• Experience: At least 1 year of experience in the related field.
• Foreign Language: Not expected.

Responsibilities

• Protects company tools, equipment, machines, or other assets in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Ensures uniform, nametags, and personal appearance are clean, hygienic and professional.
• Performs other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
• Supports all co-workers and treats them with dignity and respect.
• Inspects linen and terry for damage and removes them from circulation as necessary.
• Separates soiled articles (e.g., linen, terry, and clothing) based on color, fabric, and cleaning technique requirements prior to washing or dry cleaning.
• Maintains accurate records of items washed, number of loads, and poundage of dry cleaning and laundry.
• Transports cart of washed articles to dryers and place in dryers according to load size.
• To implement his responsibilities in order to eliminate and collect waste in a proper way, reduce environmental pollution and harmful effects to the environment.
• Caries out all responsibilities related to the quality management systems implemented at the facilities
• Caries out all other duties assigned by managers and hotel management not specified in the job description.

Job Description
