Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Laundry Attendant – Linen and Laundry to join the resort's Linen and Laundry team. The role involves sorting linens, operating laundry machinery, and ensuring clean, well-presented items for guests.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior laundry or housekeeping experience in hotels or resorts. Applicants must be able to lift and stand for long periods and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in laundry or housekeeping, ideally in hotel/resort.
• Basic knowledge of textile care, stain removal and garment handling.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Physically fit to lift, carry and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Team player able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Sort soiled linens and guest garments by fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements.
• Operate washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fold, hang, or package clean items per standard procedures.
• Inspect items for damage or stains and report issues to supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning agents and chemicals per safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
• Assist in delivery and collection of laundry items to guest rooms and departments.
• Support inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow hygiene, safety and infection control protocols.
• Handle guest laundry requests with care and attention to detail.

About Wynn Al Marjan Island:

Wynn Al Marjan Island will be the first integrated resort in the UAE. Set to open in 2027, the resort will be located 50 miles from Dubai International Airport in the emirate of Ras Al Khaimah. The resort will offer 1,530 rooms and suites, 22 restaurants, lounges, and bars, a theater, and a beach club. About The Position

Wynn Al Marjan Island is currently seeking a Laundry Attendant – Linen and Laundry to join the resort’s Linen and Laundry team.

Responsibilities

The primary duties and responsibilities of this role are:

• Sort soiled linens and guest garments according to fabric type, color, and cleaning requirements.
• Operate washers, dryers, and pressing equipment safely and efficiently.
• Fold, hang, or package clean items as per standard procedures.
• Inspect items for damage or stains and report any issues to the Supervisor.
• Ensure proper use of cleaning agents and chemicals in accordance with safety guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the laundry area at all times.
• Assist in the delivery and collection of laundry items to and from guest rooms, departments, or designated areas.
• Support inventory counts and report shortages or discrepancies.
• Follow all hygiene, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Handle guest laundry requests with care and attention to detail.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Manager.

About You

The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in laundry or housekeeping operations, ideally in a hotel or resort setting.
• Basic knowledge of textile care, stain removal, and garment handling.
• Ability to operate laundry equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Physically fit and able to lift, carry, and stand for extended periods.
• Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and quality.
• Ability to work in a team and follow instructions in a fast-paced environment.
