Job summary

Wynn Al Marjan Island is seeking a Linen Attendant to join the resort’s Kitchen Stewards team on the UAE’s Al Marjan Island.

The role involves receiving, issuing, and tracking linen, maintaining stock levels, and coordinating with Food & Beverage staff, with a focus on hygiene and safety.

Candidates should have at least a secondary education, be 21 or older, and bring 3 years of luxury-hotel experience (1 year in stewarding). English fluency is essential; higher language skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Secondary education completed; higher credentials asset.
• Minimum age 21 or older.
• Minimum 3 years in 5-star hotel industry; at least 1 year in stewarding operations.
• Knowledge of correct use, handling and storage of cleaning chemicals.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Physically fit for cleaning high areas, large equipment, and heavy lifting.
• Fluency in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive, count, and record soiled linen.
• Issue cleaned linen based on requisition or par level.
• Maintain accurate records of linen distribution, usage, and stock levels.
• Track lost or damaged linen and report discrepancies.
• Assist with quarterly linen inventories and identify replacement needs.
• Spot-check linens for stains or tears before distribution.
• Liaise with Food & Beverage staff to understand linen needs and resolve issues.
• Log daily linen issuance records and participate in briefings.
