Horace Mann is seeking an experienced homeowner claims adjuster to manage and investigate large loss and high-exposure claims, including on-site inspections and coordination with experts, attorneys, and SIU. This position requires 5–7 years of dwelling estimating experience and a proven track record

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of dwelling estimating experience preferred.
• Proven experience handling homeowner property losses of $50,000 or greater.
• Strong claims and business acumen with litigation experience.
• Advanced knowledge of homeowner policy interpretation and coverage analysis.
• Demonstrated Xactimate expertise.
• Ability to maintain and obtain required state adjuster licenses.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
