Anantara Hotels & Resorts is recruiting for a gardening lead at Qasr Al Sarab Desert Resort By Anantara. The role focuses on maintaining the hotel's exterior landscapes to the highest standards while supporting environmental initiatives and guest satisfaction.

The position requires coordinating gardening activities, ensuring safety with tools and equipment, and promoting eco-friendly practices throughout the property. This role embodies Anantara's hospitality and luxury standards.

Responsabilités

• To oversee all gardening duties within the scope of the hotel, with care and concern for the environment of the property.
• To ensure work is conducted in a timely manner, and to set the gardening work schedule for the hotel.
• To oversee that the tools provided by the hotel are used in a safe and professional manner, and that they are maintained and looked after, and properly stored.
• To interact with all customers and colleagues professionally.
• To ensure that all gardening work areas are kept clean and tidy.
• To report potential dangers as soon as possible.
• To take a leading role in the energy and environmental programs of the hotel, and advocate the use of environmentally friendly products in the work place.
