Job summary

Gulf Contracting & Landscaping (GCL) is seeking an experienced Landscape BIM Modeler in Abu Dhabi to develop and coordinate Revit landscape models across hardscape, softscape, grading and external works from design through construction and as-built stages.

Responsibilities include producing shop drawings and schedules, coordinating with civil, irrigation, and MEP disciplines, and ensuring model accuracy and updated revisions before submission. UAE experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of landscape BIM modelling experience.
• Experience on parks, public realm or external works in the UAE is preferred.
• Strong ability to read drawings and coordinate with site teams.

Responsibilities

Job description

We are hiring an experienced Landscape BIM Modeler to join our team in Abu Dhabi. In this role, you will develop and coordinate Revit landscape models and drawings across hardscape, softscape, grading, site furniture, and external works — supporting projects from design through construction and as-built stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update coordinated Revit landscape models and drawings for hardscape, softscape, grading, site furniture, and external works, based on approved design and construction information.
• Produce shop drawings, sections, details, planting and material schedules, quantities, and as-built model updates in line with project BIM requirements.
• Coordinate landscape models with civil, irrigation, drainage, lighting, architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines; identify clashes and escalate design decisions to the responsible engineer or designer.
• Incorporate consultant comments, approved changes, and verified site records; verify model accuracy, parameters, levels, coordinates, and drawing revisions prior to submission.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field — or equivalent relevant experience.
• 2–5 years of landscape BIM modelling experience, ideally on parks, public realm, or external works projects in the UAE.
• Hands-on experience with Revit modelling and documentation, along with solid knowledge of hardscape, planting, grading, and irrigation interfaces.
• Ability to read construction drawings, coordinate with technical and site teams, and maintain accurate model and drawing revisions.
