Job summary

Secret Gardens LLC in Dubai seeks a Landscape/Architect Designer to create and oversee 3D landscape designs and manage clients through sales, design and construction stages.

You will develop concept proposals, render 2D/3D visuals, review plans, and present solutions to clients while coordinating with the operations team to ensure timely delivery and high customer satisfaction.

The role offers a commission-based opportunity with a friendly team on diverse landscaping projects across the UAE.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field with UAE experience
• 2+ years of experience in landscape/architect design in UAE
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Proficient in CAD and rendering software

Responsibilities

• Develop conceptual proposals.
• Prepare landscaping proposals: 2D design, 3D renders, CAD drawings.
• Understand and review detailed plans and working drawings including construction details and specifications using CAD.
• Present proposals to clients, handle enquiries and negotiate through design and construction process.
• Ensure deadlines are met in accordance with customers’ requirements.
• Work with Operations Team to achieve total customer satisfaction.
• Lead selection of suitable materials for projects.
• Continuously grow and stay up to date with current market trends.
• Contact and coordinate manufacturers and suppliers.
• Prepare project estimates with Operations Team.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by Design Manager.
