Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Landscape Architecture, Urban Design, or similar (must-have).
• Minimum 6 months of design-related experience; GCC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, and teamwork skills; able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing architectural and landscape design concepts (2D & 3D).
• Collaborate with team members on project development.
• Produce sketches, technical drawings, visualizations, and presentation material.
• Research materials, products, codes, and authority regulations.
• Ensure designs align with safety and government standards.
• Coordinate with operations and design teams for project execution.
• Attend on-site client meetings during construction as required.
• Organize and maintain all design documentation and project files.
• Support marketing efforts with design content as needed.
