Job summary

Dubai Limited Investment LLC is seeking a Land Surveyor to provide accurate setting-out and survey support on civil construction projects in the UAE. You will ensure works are built to approved levels, alignments and coordinates.

Responsibilities include carrying out topographic boundary and as-built surveys, setting out roads, buildings, utilities and structures, establishing survey control points, checking levels and dimensions, calculating earthwork quantities, and operating total stations

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a surveyor on civil construction projects.
• UAE experience, with knowledge of Dubai survey standards and requirements.
• Diploma or degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Carry out topographic boundary and as-built surveys.
• Set out roads, buildings, utilities and structures from approved drawings.
• Establish and maintain survey control points and benchmarks.
• Check levels, alignments and dimensions during construction.
• Calculate earthwork quantities and prepare volume reports.
• Operate total stations, GPS GNSS and levels and process the data.
• Prepare survey drawings and reports using AutoCAD and survey software.
• Coordinate with engineers and site teams and report any discrepancies.
