Job summary

Lindenberg Emirates LLC is seeking an experienced land surveyor to plan and execute surveying activities for civil and infrastructure projects in the UAE. You will ensure precise setting-out, measurements, and as-built records in line with drawings and specifications.

The role requires 8–10 years of surveying experience, 5 years UAE experience preferred, and proficiency with Total Station, GPS/GNSS, levelling, AutoCAD and survey software. Strong communication in English is essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, Geomatics, or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute land surveying activities for civil, structural, and infrastructure works.
• Ensure accurate setting-out, measurement, verification and recording of project works.
• Maintain survey accuracy and control throughout construction while ensuring quality, safety and contractual compliance.

Job description

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Survey Engineering, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 8–10 years of land surveying experience in civil and infrastructure projects.
• Minimum 5 years of UAE experience preferred.

Knowledge/ Skills:

• Civil, structural and infrastructure surveying.
• Survey control networks, benchmarks and coordinate systems.
• Setting-out and construction verification.
• Buildings, foundations, trenches, underground services, roads and associated civil works.
• Reading and interpreting engineering drawings and coordinates.
• Survey calculations, coordinate data and as-built preparation.
• AutoCAD and survey software.
• Operation of Total Station, GPS/GNSS and levelling equipment.
• Coordination with engineering, construction, QA/QC and consultant teams.

Excellent communication skills in English. Communication skills in Arabic will be considered an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

To plan, coordinate, and execute land surveying activities for civil, structural, and infrastructure works, ensuring accurate setting-out, measurement, verification, and recording of project works in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, coordinates, levels, and project requirements. The role is responsible for maintaining survey accuracy and control throughout construction while ensuring compliance with quality, safety and contractual requirements.
