OasisConstruct UAE in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates is seeking an experienced Land Surveyor to lead boundary surveys for construction projects. You will use GPS, total stations, and levels, and collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure precision and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in surveying, a Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field, and strong knowledge of AutoCAD and GIS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong knowledge of surveying equipment and software (AutoCAD, GIS).
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Biometric passport preferred.

Responsabilités

• Conduct land surveys using GPS, total stations, and levels.
• Analyze survey data to prepare maps, reports, and legal descriptions.
• Communicate with clients and project stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Collaborate with engineers and architects to ensure survey accuracy.
• Maintain accurate records of survey data and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Provide support during construction by staking out reference points or lines.
