Job summary

Egis Group in Dubai is seeking a Land Surveyor to conduct field surveys and establish property boundaries using GPS total stations and levels. You will gather data, analyze survey results, and prepare detailed maps and legal descriptions for construction projects.

You will collaborate with engineers and contractors, ensure compliance with UAE land use laws, maintain equipment, verify calculations, and assist in preparing cost estimates and project documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or diploma in surveying or civil engineering.
• Experience as a land surveyor on construction or engineering projects.
• Proficiency with GPS Total Stations and CAD software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to read maps, blueprints, and legal property descriptions.
• Clear communication and attention to detail.
• Knowledge of local land laws and zoning regulations.
