Job summary

Khatib & Alami in Dubai seeks an experienced Land Surveyor to join our team and support supervision and execution of major infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate has strong experience in surveying for roads, highways, utilities and related works, preferably within a consultant environment, and will conduct land, topographical and construction surveys, set-out for roads and utilities, maintain control points, and operate Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Surveying, Civil Engineering, Geomatics or related field.
• Minimum 8 years experience as a Land Surveyor.
• Strong infrastructure experience in roads, highways, utilities, drainage and earthworks.
• UAE/GCC experience mandatory/preferred, with Dubai experience highly desirable.
• Experience with Dubai Municipality (DM), RTA and other Dubai authority projects is highly preferred.
• Consultant/supervision consultant experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in Total Station, GPS/GNSS, Auto Level and AutoCAD/Civil 3D.
• Strong knowledge of setting-out, coordinates, levels and as-built surveys.
• Good communication and site coordination skills.
