Job summary

Noatum Logistics, part of AD Ports Group, is seeking a Supervisory professional to coordinate and oversee daily land freight operations in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role focuses on efficient truck utilization, timely deliveries, and strong client relationships while upholding safety and compliance.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years in logistics, a related diploma, and solid knowledge of transport regulations. Flexibility to work shifts is required in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate with logistics/shipping/export focus or diploma preferred.
• 3–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.
• Ability to work flexible hours and shifts.
• Good command of English for reading, writing, and basic communication.

Responsibilities

• Arrange day-to-day operations and monitor truck utilization.
• Verify packing lists and coordinate vehicles with the team.
• Meet fleet requirements from clients and coordinators promptly.
• Arrange trucks, manpower and equipment before loading shipments.
• Manage outsourced trucks and oversee their operations.
• Issue delivery notes and ensure timely submission and closure.
• Submit documents after shipment delivery and maintain reports.
• Develop performance metrics and monitor delivery timelines.
• Respond to customer follow-ups and address delivery issues.
