Job summary

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant course preferred.
• Experience in labor and delivery is a plus.
• Ability to assist with daily living activities and patient comfort.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
• Provide comfort measures to laboring mothers, including positioning and non-pharmacological pain relief.
• Support patient mobility and safe transfers within the unit.
• Measure and record vital signs and report abnormalities to nursing staff.
• Assist nurses and midwives in preparing patients for examinations, procedures, and delivery.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of patient rooms and delivery suites.
