SYNAXIS READYMIX in Abu Dhabi is seeking a Laboratory Technician to test raw materials, fresh concrete, and hardened concrete to ensure compliance with project specifications and company quality standards. You will support production by maintaining consistent concrete quality and accurate test records, monitor batching plant production, and report results promptly to supervision.

Qualifications

• Experience in concrete or construction materials testing preferred.
• Basic knowledge of concrete mix design and testing procedures.
• Familiarity with laboratory equipment and testing standards.

Responsabilités

• Conduct tests on cement, aggregates, water, and admixtures.
• Perform fresh concrete tests such as slump, temperature, air content, and density.
• Prepare and test concrete cubes/cylinders for compressive strength.
• Monitor batching plant production and verify mix proportions.
• Collect samples from site or plant according to testing procedures.
• Maintain laboratory equipment, tools, and calibration records.
• Record and report test results accurately and promptly.
• Identify non-conforming materials or mixes and report to supervisor.
• Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the laboratory.

The Laboratory Technician is responsible for testing raw materials, fresh concrete, and hardened concrete to ensure compliance with project specifications, company standards, and quality requirements.

The role supports production by maintaining consistent concrete quality and accurate test records.
