Job summary

Teltonika Networks invites an ambitious Group Sales Manager to join our growing team in the KSA. You will lead a sales team, develop and implement a regional strategy, and drive 100% realization of the sales plan while coordinating with cross-functional teams to demonstrate the value of our IoT-enabled networking products.

You will relocate to Saudi when opportunities arise and report to Teltonika Networks leadership.

Qualifications

• 3+ years B2B sales experience with proven results.
• At least 1 year selling in networks.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and maintain your own sales team representing Teltonika Networks.
• Create and implement a sales strategy for the dedicated region.
• Analyze all sales activities, support, and develop the team to ensure 100% sales plan realization.
• Recruit the sales team and participate in the selection process.
• Organize and conduct training for local sales teams.
• Prospect and engage prospective buyers through cold-calling, email, and social media.
• Present and demonstrate the value of products and services to prospective buyers.
• Coordinate technical inquiries.
