Job summary

redfordrecruiters is seeking a Kitchen Technician to join our hospitality maintenance team in Abu Dhabi. You will troubleshoot, diagnose faults, repair and maintain commercial kitchen equipment to keep cooks supplied and guest service uninterrupted.

Safety and compliance routines will be followed daily. The ideal candidate has hands-on repair experience, a strong fault-finding mindset, and the ability to work independently to respond to breakdowns.

Qualifications

• Experience as Kitchen Technician or similar technical role.
• Strong hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing kitchen equipment.
• Understanding of commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills.
• Hotel, resort, restaurant, hospitality, or facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and respond to equipment breakdowns.
• Male candidates only.
• Any nationality can apply.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
