Job summary

Radisson Hotel Fujairah is inviting applications for a Kitchen Steward as part of our opening team. You will help keep kitchen areas, equipment, and utensils clean, organized, and ready for service, supporting Culinary and Food & Beverage operations.

We value hardworking individuals with a positive attitude, basic English, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexible shifts, weekends, and public holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills are required.
• A hardworking and positive attitude with willingness to learn.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy, physically demanding environment.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, crockery, glassware and work areas to required standards.
• Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout kitchen and back-of-house areas.
• Ensure waste is handled and disposed of correctly in line with hotel procedures.
• Assist with proper storage and organization of kitchen equipment and supplies.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, health and safety standards at all times.
• Work closely with Culinary and F&B teams to support daily operations.
