Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred, demonstrating foundational literacy and numeracy skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within hospitality or food service, is highly valued.
• Certification in food safety or sanitation is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently wash and sanitize all dishes cookware and utensils ensuring adherence to health and safety standards
• Maintain a pristine and organized kitchen environment by regularly cleaning all surfaces equipment and floors
• Perform thorough cleaning and tidying of guest rooms common areas and restrooms to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
• Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and dishwashing detergents promptly reporting any shortages
