Job summary

JA Hatta Fort Hotel in Dubai is seeking a dedicated Steward to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. You will work as part of a team that values ownership, attention to detail, and hospitality excellence.

Ideal candidate has a minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, basic English communication, and knowledge of HACCP standards. The role offers full-time work at JA Hatta Fort Hotel, UAE.

Qualifications

• Basic English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High School education or equivalent qualification.
• Vocational Diploma or Certificate preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role within a hospitality environment.
• Basic knowledge of HACCP and Food Hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashing equipment in accordance with established procedures.
• Clean and sanitize kitchen utensils, cookware, equipment, and food production areas.
• Ensure clean wares are delivered to kitchen stations as required for service.
• Maintain the cleanliness of all back-of-house Food & Beverage areas.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules for floors, walls, ceilings, shelves, and equipment.
• Support food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Assist with additional operational tasks as required by the team.
