Job summary

Palazzo Versace Dubai is seeking an experienced Kitchen Technician to repair, maintain and install kitchen and laundry equipment to hotel standards. You will perform regular testing and maintenance, and handle work orders, PPM and CWAs with a focus on safety and cleanliness.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in hospitality, an Electrical Trade Certificate and strong problem-solving, plus excellent verbal and written communication skills to coordinate with other departments and ensure seamless

• Repair, maintain, and install Kitchen/Laundry equipment to meet hotel standards.
• Perform regular testing and maintenance of kitchen/laundry equipment.
• Conduct PAT testing on portable appliances as required.
• Complete work orders, PPM & CWAs, and general maintenance tasks as needed.
• Maintain clean work areas and adhere to safety procedures.

Responsibilities
