You will regularly check and prepare stock, cook food orders as assigned, minimize waste, maintain cleanliness, assist colleagues, and complete reports as directed by the cooking area supervisor.

Responsibilities

• To prepare required items and ensure workstation conformity with Foodmark operational criteria
• On a regular basis checks and prepares stock needed
• Cooks food orders according to proper treatments and portioning
• Takes campaigns to help administration minimize expenses by minimizing food spoilage due to careless handling of food
• Displays equipment and storage efficiency to avoid wastage
• Ensures correct use of all kitchen devices
• Assists associates in their responsibilities when needed
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen location
• Accomplish reports as assigned by cooking area supervisor
• Prepares as well as cooks worker dishes as assigned
