Job summary

Foodmark UAE in Sharjah is seeking a motivated Crew Member to support the kitchen team by preparing required items, ensuring workstation compliance with operational criteria, and delivering quality service.

You will regularly check and prepare stock, cook food orders as assigned, minimize waste, maintain cleanliness, assist colleagues, and complete reports as directed by the cooking area supervisor.

• On a regular basis checks and prepares stock needed
• Cooks food orders according to proper treatments and portioning
• Takes campaigns to help administration minimize expenses by minimizing food spoilage due to careless handling of food
• Displays equipment and storage efficiency to avoid wastage
• Ensures correct use of all kitchen devices
• Assists associates in their responsibilities when needed
• Maintains cleanliness in the kitchen location
• Accomplish reports as assigned by cooking area supervisor
• Prepares as well as cooks worker dishes as assigned
