Job summary

Rawaieh al zuhoor cleaning & detergents is seeking a customer-focused kiosk sales associate in Sharjah. You will engage customers, demonstrate products, and process sales using the POS system.

Replenish stock, maintain visuals, and support promotions to hit daily and monthly targets. Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and good problem-solving abilities are essential; prior retail or direct sales experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Previous retail or direct sales experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred, but not strictly required.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers, understand needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Demonstrate products, highlight features and promotions, close sales and upsell bundles.
• Handle POS transactions, refunds, exchanges, and maintain accurate daily sales records.
• Maintain an attractive kiosk, replenish stock and organize displays per merchandising guidelines.
• Aim to meet or exceed daily, weekly and monthly sales targets; participate in promotions.
• Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns, escalating when needed.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock deliveries and receiving.
• Collaborate with team; submit regular reports on sales and customer interactions.
