The ideal candidate holds a relevant degree (EYFS/PGCE/B.Ed) with at least 2 years of KG/EYFS teaching experience in the UAE, with strict standards on licensure and police clearance.

• Minimum 2 years KG/EYFS teaching experience.
• Native English speaker or IELTS 7+ for non-natives.
• Attested degrees and police clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging, play-based lessons following EYFS / Reggio Emilia / Montessori approach.
• Teach phonics, numeracy, literacy, and social skills to children aged 3-6 years.
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Observe, assess, and document children’s progress (learning journeys, portfolios).
• Conduct parent-teacher meetings and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Organize indoor & outdoor activities, circle time, story time, and sensory play.
• Manage classroom assistants (if provided) and ensure child safety at all times.
• Participate in school events, celebrations, and professional development.
