Overview

Art Studio Host

We are a unique & colorful art studio in Dubai, open for 2 years, based in Al Quoz 1. You will have the chance to experience growing a business and being instrumental in its success. We are on the lookout for upbeat, responsible individuals to host kids' parties, manage operations and be the faces of our brand.

Wild Paint House is a one-of-a-kind art jamming studio offering more than six types of painting activities for kids, families, dates, birthday parties, team bonding events and more.

Responsibilities

• Be the face of our brand by hosting customers, especially kids, and delivering a memorable experience.
• Host fun and well-organized parties and team bonding events; interact well with groups.
• Engage with kids and adults; maintain strong English proficiency.
• Conduct briefings and demos for participants.
• Provide 5-star service, ensuring customers are super happy.
• Take pictures and videos of participants.

Space Management

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation; general studio upkeep.
• Mix paints and varnish artworks (training provided).
• Clean tools, equipment and materials; handle deliveries.

Growth & Process Improvement

• Ideate and implement improvements to studio protocols and processes/design.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Fluent English is required; Arabic is a plus.
• People-person with strong communication; customer-facing role.
• Loves interacting with kids and art.
• Independent, disciplined, hard-working; good time management and organization.
• Willing to work weekends and public holidays; 5–6 days per week.
• Interest in art and creative activities; enjoy events and parties.
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset; eager to contribute to a fast-growing company.
• Experience in service roles and with kids is a bonus; art background is helpful but not required; Arabic speaking is a plus.

Compensation & Employment Details

• Salary: AED 2,900 – 3,000 per month, based on experience, plus staff benefits; quarterly bonuses may be awarded based on performance.
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract.
• Contract length: 24 months.
• Location: Dubai, UAE. You must be in Dubai now; overseas applicants will not be entertained.
