Rixos Bab Al Bahr in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, is seeking a Kids Club Manager to oversee daily operations of the children's facility. You will lead a team, develop engaging activities, and ensure safety and exceptional service for families.

Responsibilities include budgeting, records, and cross-department collaboration to create memorable family-friendly experiences, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Recreation Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in childcare, education, or recreational settings, with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications required
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and staff

• Ensure the Kids Club area is clean, organized, and well-maintained at all times
