Job summary

Green Power Commodities in Dubai seeks a Junior Sales Trader to actively support client coverage, price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time. You will build your client network and participate in market-making discussions and daily market calls.

You'll develop trading intuition by monitoring market movements, client flow, and liquidity, while coordinating trades to ensure confirmation, settlement, and compliance. This role offers hands-on training and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Must have a commercial mindset and interest in energy/trading.
• First experience in sales or trading is desirable.
• Comfortable with numbers, analysis, and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Actively support client coverage, helping price, negotiate, and execute deals in real time.
• Proactively build your own client network and generate commercial opportunities.
• Join market discussions, pricing sessions, and daily market calls.
• Develop trading intuition by monitoring market movements, client flow, and liquidity.
• Take part in structuring commercial deals and preparing client proposals.
• Support senior traders during client calls and follow up on leads.
• Coordinate trades to ensure they are confirmed, settled, and compliant.
• Join senior traders in client meetings and industry events to grow your book.
