Tanqeeb in Abu Dhabi is seeking an Assist Head Chef to support daily kitchen operations and ensure seamless service. You will lead the preparation and plating of authentic Italian dishes while upholding the highest standards of quality and presentation.

Responsibilities include managing inventory and food cost controls, reducing waste, and mentoring junior kitchen staff. A culinary degree with 3–5 years of Italian kitchen experience and ServSafe certification are required.
