Job summary

Tactical in Dubai is seeking a creative social media content creator to develop engaging, on-brand content for Instagram and other platforms. You will help build monthly content plans, craft stories, and translate cultural moments into scroll-stopping posts.

You'll produce videos and graphics using CapCut and Canva, collaborate with the team, monitor performance metrics, and iterate ideas based on audience feedback and campaign goals.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hands-on experience creating social media content or digital storytelling.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok engagement drivers.
• Experience using CapCut and Canva for content production.

Responsibilities

• Develop content calendars and concepts aligned with campaigns.
• Create platform-native content including videos, posts, and graphics.
• Monitor trends and provide insights to the team.
• Write captions and hooks that match brand voice, with supervision.
• Support on shoots and event coverage using mobile devices.
• Track basic KPIs and assist in reporting.
