With 2–3 years of experience, you will develop monthly content calendars, produce simple videos and graphics using CapCut and Canva, and monitor trends to inform campaigns. You’ll work collaboratively and welcome feedback to improve performance.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in social media content creation.
• Knowledge of TikTok and Instagram engagement drivers.
• Proficient in CapCut and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Ideation and storytelling to develop monthly content calendars.
• Create platform-native content for Instagram and TikTok.
• Monitor trends and contribute insights to campaigns.
• Write captions and hooks aligned with brand voice.
• Support on shoots with smartphone video content.
• Track basic KPIs and assist with reports.
