Job summary

GINCO Cont. Co. LLC in the United Arab Emirates seeks a site supervision support engineer to assist field engineers with daily MEP trade supervision, drawing verification, and pre-inspection checks in Sharjah.

You will help oversee duct erection and piping installation, log activities, and ensure adherence to latest shop drawings. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (MOFA attested) with 2–4 years UAE MEP contracting experience, ready to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering with MOFA attestation.
• 2–4 years MEP experience in UAE, contracting environment.
• Experience supporting field execution and QA/QC processes.

Responsibilities

• Assist site engineers with daily MEP supervision and field execution.
• Verify drawings and ensure use of latest approved revisions.
• Perform pre-inspection snagging and raise inspection requests when ready.
• Log daily activities, locations, labor, and equipment hours.

Job description

Assist site engineering teams in daily trade supervision, pre-inspection checking, drawing verification, material requisitions and progress recording across assigned MEP work fronts.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Field Supervision Support Assist Site Engineers in supervising daily electrical containment duct erection or piping installation
• Drawing Verification Check that site foremen are working strictly with the latest approved revision of shop drawings
• Pre-Inspection Snagging Perform preliminary snagging checks on installed works prior to raising formal inspection requests to QA QC
• Daily Activity Logging Record daily work activities completed locations labor headcounts and equipment hours

Educational & Professional Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (attested with MOFA); 2-4 years MEP experience. Required Industry & Project Background: 2-4 years in UAE MEP contracting handling field execution support.
