Job summary

Kompetenza is a Salesforce partner focused on AI-driven automation, self-service portals, and EOR solutions in the UAE. We are seeking an entry-level Salesforce AI & Automation Associate to support AI-powered service and sales agents within our client portal.

You will assist in automating workflows, configuring Salesforce tools, and integrating third-party AI platforms. This junior role offers mentorship, hands-on practice, and exposure to enterprise client engagements.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Coursework or experience in AI, automation, or workflow tools.
• Interest in AI-powered customer service tools and automation platforms.
• Willingness to learn quickly and work with clients.

Responsibilities

• Assist in AI/Automation Development including chatbot/virtual agent projects.
• Support configuring Salesforce Flow, Omni-Channel Routing, and AI-driven case management.
• Work with third-party AI tools and APIs to integrate AI-powered workflows.
• Provide AI mentorship and guide clients through adoption and learning.
