Job summary

MaxAccelerate is seeking an entry-level Salesforce AI & Automation Associate in Dubai. The role involves supporting AI-powered service and sales agents and enhancing customer self-service experiences.

Ideal candidates are passionate about AI and automation, eager to work directly with clients, and interested in mentoring them throughout their AI journey. Responsibilities include creating chatbots, optimizing workflows, and staying updated on AI trends.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Salesforce, preferably Service Cloud.
• Some experience or coursework in AI, automation or workflow tools.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to new AI technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation of chatbots and virtual agents using Salesforce Einstein AI.
• Work directly with clients to understand their needs and guide them.
• Help design and implement custom AI solutions based on business requirements.

Skills

Basic understanding of Salesforce
