Qualifications

• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.

• Must have lived in Dubai for at least 2 years and be familiar with key neighbourhoods.
• A valid UAE driver's license is required.
• Must have your own mode of transportation (personal or rented car).
• Presentable, independent and driven to grow in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior agents with property viewings, client meetings and follow-up communications. You will also have the opportunity to close deals yourselves.
• Generate and qualify leads through online platforms and networking.
• Prepare marketing content and presentations for active listings.
• Maintain accurate client data and activity tracking.
• Research current market trends, communities and property launches.
• Learn the legal and operational framework of Dubai real estate.
• Participate in team meetings, training sessions and fieldwork.
• Actively contribute to real deals and earn commissions with full mentorship and support.
