Job summary

Boskalis is seeking a Junior RPA Developer to join the Abu Dhabi office. You will contribute to designing, developing, testing, and supporting UiPath-based automation that improves operational efficiency across the organization.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and other developers in an international environment, taking ownership of automation opportunities and ensuring robust delivery and documentation. The role is full-time and based in Abu Dhabi.

Qualifications

5+ years of work experience in operations, process support, IT support, automation support, or similar business-focused roles.
Experience with process improvement, automation, and digital solutions.
Relevant experience with RPA or a strong interest in developing RPA automations, preferably with UiPath.

Responsibilities

Support the development, testing, and maintenance of UiPath RPA automations.
Identify automation opportunities in operational processes together with business stakeholders.
Gather and document business requirements and help translate them into functional process designs.
Support the implementation of new or changed automations.
Monitor and support existing automations, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues.
Work closely with business users, IT colleagues, and other RPA developers to improve process efficiency and automation stability.
Contribute to process standardization, documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
