Qualifikationen

• 1–3+ years sales or real estate experience (Dubai experience is a plus).
• Strong English communication; additional languages are a plus.
• Based in Dubai with UAE work eligibility.
• Target-driven with performance orientation.
• Excellent organization: follow-up discipline, time management, CRM habits.

• Qualify inbound leads quickly and set next steps (call / meeting / viewing).
• Build and manage your pipeline in the CRM with daily updates and follow-up tasks.
• Prospect daily: reactivation, referrals, outreach, and relationship building.

• Conduct viewings and client meetings professionally; handle objections and negotiate offers.
