Job summary

Vanderlande in Dubai seeks an entry‑level Project Coordinator to support the Project Management Office across document control, reporting, and administration. You will help prepare weekly and monthly reports, maintain trackers, and coordinate interfaces among engineering, procurement, construction, planning, quality, and HSE.

The role provides structured development toward a full Project Manager position and requires strong organization and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field with strong admin skills.
• 2–5 years of project coordination or document control experience.
• Experience on EPC or infrastructure projects is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate document control activities and prepare documentation between stakeholders.
• Prepare and track weekly and monthly project reports.
• Maintain project trackers, dashboards, and status logs.
• Organize project meetings and record accurate minutes.
• Support interfaces between engineering, procurement, construction, planning, and HSE.

Education

Bachelor/Master degree or diploma in Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline
