Job summary

Confidential is seeking a product manager who obsesses over the end-to-end digital journey, translating customer insight into sharp product decisions and rallying cross-functional teams to ship experiences people love.

You will run interviews, design tests, and work with data teams to instrument features from day one, delivering weekly leadership updates and maintaining a high-quality user experience across the platform.

Qualifications

• 4-7 years in product management for consumer-facing digital products.
• Proficient with SQL and BI tools; comfortable with data without hand-holding.
• Experience running A/B tests and translating results into decisions.
• Strong UX instinct with ability to critique a wireframe.
• Comfortable with ambiguity; can scope a problem, define an MVP, and ship iteratively.
• Experience working with agile engineering teams.
• Experience in real estate, proptech, or marketplace platforms.
• Familiarity with personalization engines or CMS-driven experiences.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and refine the digital experience roadmap with reprioritization.
• Conduct customer interviews and usability sessions to surface needs.
• Define MVPs and problem statements before solution work.
• Attend and unblock sprint ceremonies, plans, and standups.
• Design and measure A/B experiments with hypotheses and metrics.
• Provide weekly performance summaries for leadership.
• Collaborate with data engineering to instrument features from day one.
• Lead weekly design reviews to critique flows and maintain quality.
